Business Analyst

Evertech is a software and AI solutions partner. As a Business Analyst, you are the first person in the room — the one who understands how a client’s business runs before anyone writes a line of code, and turns that understanding into a plan the team can build against.

You are equally comfortable in a room full of operators describing their day-to-day and in a planning session with engineers. You can take a tangle of spreadsheets and habits and make it legible, and you care about the outcome, not just the ticket. You lead discovery, produce a prioritised and priced roadmap everyone can agree on before development starts, and stay involved to keep scope and outcomes aligned as the software takes shape.

What you'll do

• Run discovery workshops to map how a client's business actually operates.
• Turn processes and pain points into clear requirements and a prioritised, priced roadmap.
• Identify where software, automation, and AI pay off first, and quantify the impact.
• Work alongside engineers to keep scope, cost, and outcomes aligned through delivery.
• Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and the build team.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a business analyst, product analyst, or consultant on software projects.
• A track record of turning messy, real-world processes into clear requirements.
• Comfort talking to both non-technical stakeholders and engineers.
• Strong written communication — you can make a complex process legible on one page.
• Bonus: exposure to workflow automation or AI-assisted tooling.
