Business Analyst

Evertech is the technology partner for construction businesses. As a Business Analyst, you are the first person in the room: the one who understands how a contractor runs before anyone writes a line of code, and turns that into a plan the team can build against.

You are equally comfortable with a superintendent describing the day and in a planning session with engineers. You can take a tangle of spreadsheets, Procore screens, and WhatsApp or iMessage threads and make it legible. You lead discovery, produce a priced roadmap everyone can agree on before development starts, and stay involved as the software takes shape.

What you'll do

• Run discovery to map how a contractor actually operates, in the field and in the office.
• Turn processes and pain points into clear requirements and a priced roadmap.
• Identify where money, field, and paperwork workflows pay off first.
• Work alongside engineers to keep scope, cost, and outcomes aligned through delivery.
• Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and the build team.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a business analyst, product analyst, or consultant on software projects.
• A track record of turning messy, real-world processes into clear requirements.
• Comfort talking to both non-technical stakeholders and engineers.
• Strong written communication. You can make a complex process legible on one page.
• Bonus: construction, Procore, or QuickBooks exposure.
